Our vision is to see lives changed for Christ.  This ranges from helping people in the name of Jesus Christ through to seeing people become fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ.

We believe that it is only by the power of God that lasting change can be effected in peoples' lives, but that it pleases God to use His Church, including FBC, to accomplish this.  We believe we have been called as co-workers with Christ to achieve this vision by:-

• "FBC becoming a place to which the community will naturally want to come throughout the week and from which we will intentionally go into the community and beyond, to touch LIVES with the love of Jesus"

• "FBC working to ensure that, in addition to preaching the Gospel, all new believers, as well as existing believers in the church, are CHANGED into whole-life disciples of Christ, who engage compellingly with the people they meet"

• "FBC gathering in a variety of patterns of corporate worship which are first and foremost FOR CHRIST, where we encounter God, and are transformed, renewed and energised for our further participation in God's Mission"
